This place was surely one of the go to place to eat momo’s in Manipal but that was a year or so ago. The quality and size of momo’s has since deteriorated and even the sauce isn’t that great anymore. While the pricing is good and competitive, unfortunately the overall product we get for the price no longer feels to have the taste or quality. The fried momo’s or steamed ones, they have become tinier over time and even the freshness and meat quantity inside seems to be replaced mostly by onions. The service is good, and hopefully the food too will raise to the glory that it had in the past. Darjeeling Momos is located in the Eshwar Nagar, Manipal. You can find this small eatery beside the Polar Bear Manipal. They Serves Veg as well as non veg momos. They serve both varient like Steamed and Fried momos. I have tried veg steamed momos. 60 Rs per plate and 8 pieces served. The momos served piping hot and at the same time it was delicious. The momo wrap is thin and soft.Momo chutney and mayonnaise compliments the taste of Momo very well. I definitely recommend this place to experience authentic Darjeeling style momos.
