We decided to visit this Rajasthani Thali Dal Bati Churma, Jaipur restaurant based on its Google reviews, but sadly, our experience didn’t live up to the expectations. First, the quality of the bati was disappointing. It lacked the authentic taste one would expect from a place specializing in Rajasthani cuisine. The gatta sabji was particularly unpleasant, with a noticeable smell and a taste that suggested it had been prepared the previous night. For the price, the thali felt overpriced considering the quality of the food and the experience. Moreover, the staff was uncooperative, which further added to the dissatisfaction. If you’re looking for a better alternative, I’d recommend visiting TVG Restaurant on the way to Amber Fort – a far superior experience both in food and service.
