Extremely disappointing experience with Dakshinayan Restaurant, Joka. I called the number listed for a simple home delivery (just two items). The person on the call was very rude and insisted I send my order via SMS (not even WhatsApp). I did exactly that—sent the order, address (just 4 mins away), and my active phone number.
Waited over an hour—no delivery, no confirmation, nothing.
When I called to follow up, the same person rudely claimed no SMS was received and lied that they had tried to call me (there was no missed call at all). Then he abruptly hung up the phone mid-conversation.
This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve even a single star. Would never recommend.
