the food is really good, reasonable interior but very neat and clean. only issue with service. the staff although polite is unable to handle a full house. cold drinks served at room temperature. same with sambhar because it was quick and easy, the cold sambhar lying in a jar from the past half n hour was served to us. had to request hot sambhar to which the waiter had a reaction as if people generally prefer the cold room temperature sambhar. nonetheless, he did get it immediately, but it was clear that the evening rush was causing confusion and waiters ignoring the finer points of service. having to make repeated requests for something as simple as ice to accomodate the room temperature soft drink etc. just the staff attentiveness needs to improve. no complains for the food and the freshness of it. all the waiters had a hair cap, maybe immediate action taken after the previous review by someone about hair in food. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
