Wonderful experience, room area is peaceful and quite, rooms are cleaned on daily basis. Food can be ordered from outside or from hotel itself they have no problem. Nearby to station and staff is well behaved. Would always look forward for future stays Service: 5

Booked suite room 1. Sofa was very old ans was used a LOT 2. Rooms portions of false roof were broken 3. Room service food was good what was provided. 4. While room service food was good, the dedicated kitchen they have dont mention timing on menu provided on room. Many items are not provided at all, many provided per time basis but nothing is mentioned on menu. 5. Room reeked of cigrette smell 6. Room seemed broken(suite room) 7. Bed was very hard 8. Overall premise is very unclean and pathetic. Rooms are on 4th floor of commonly shared building and ground floor is very dirty. 9. Overall it was very dirty and not a friendly experience. Service: 3

I stayed at Heritage Dakshin from 23rd May to June 01 2022 ,the booking was done through Agoda.com.Everythimg was easy ,on 23 I went and informed about the booking and rest all was taken care of.They stay was hassle freefot a business customer like me with very courteous staff and ever ready to help Management.The food prices are also reasonable , overall a good place your needs.
