I recently had the pleasure of dining at a new restaurant 'Dakshin Durbar' and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the warm greeting at the door to the mouth-watering aromas wafting from the kitchen, this establishment had all the makings of a great restaurant. The interior design was simple yet elegant, with comfortable seating. The ambiance was inviting. The menu offered a variety of South Indian dishes, biryanis and fast foods etc with a unique blend of spices and flavors. I was particularly impressed with the biryani, which was cooked to perfection with fragrant basmati rice and tender meat that was succulent and juicy. The dosas, idlis and Vada were also exceptional, with a perfect texture and authentic taste.The chutneys and sambar that accompanied these dishes were delicious, adding an extra layer of flavor to the already perfect bites. The service was exceptional, with the waitstaff being attentive and friendly without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were able to make recommendations based on my preferences. Overall I highly recommend Dakshin Durbar. The quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service were all top-notch, and I look forward to visiting again and again.
