It's a pleasant experience to eat nicely cooked masala dosa, idli and kacamak. Good pancakes may be what you need. This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, prices are affordable. There is spectacular ambiance at Dakshin Bhojnam. The overall score of this place on Google is 4.7.

packing of dahibhala is opened and not good, During receiving parcel it was observed that food was spilled out on other food of packing and total waste of that food.Quantity of coconut chutney was very less compare to quantity of ordered dosa Overall experience could be improved in terms of packing and quantity

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!IT IS OWNED BY THE FRANCHISE OWNER - MR. VISHWAS PATEL. WORST from the Start :We were called in after 17mins of waiting and the Table was not ready, so we had to wait for another 09 mins right beside the table taking all the sweet time to get the table cleaned for us having guests of 6 people with an old age person. No staff was bothered to assign atleast 1 chair for the old age.They also arranged used spoon of previous customer for our use which I had to pick it up myself and give it to the captain. They had also arranged the used water bottle for us without cleaning the outer part of the bottle which was touched by the dirty hands of the previous customer while eating. They informed us that they will have the packaged drinking water bottles served at our table but then later on charged for those 2 bottles as well instead of giving it as a service gesture.SERVICE - The person who took the order was a bit impolite from a customer service perspective. It's a South Indian cuisine restaurant and when the food arrived at the table the Sambar itself was cold.Upon asking to get it hot they started arguing that this is hot enough to eat. We had to emphasize getting it hot after 3-4 mins of discussion. By the time Hot Sambar arrived the main course got cold and we had no choice but to have it like that.Then we had requested to give a Big Bowl to Dip the Idli into it and the bowl came after 7mins post reminding 3 times to the staff. Let me remind you here by this time the idli also got cold.The Surprising part is that this all happened on Friday night after 09:30pm where the waiting and dining crowd had already got over and moreover it was not even a Weekend eve.FOOD QUALITY - IS WORST.We felt like we were having street side food by spending a higher price just to have it in an air conditioned ambience. Only the taste of sambar was good.I am wishing Mr. Vishwas Patel all the good luck to save this outlet from getting shut in the span of a year! Trust me Mr. Vishwas Patel, it will get shut down by the end of 2026 if this quality and service and the treatment to the customers is persistent.Good Luck! Team Dakshin Bhojnam.
