Reply:Uh-oh! We’re appalled to hear of this spillage despite taking absolutely every measure while packaging. We not only seal the glass properly but we further place it in a glass holder to make sure it doesnt move.Its always handed over correctly - but some deliveries they mess up!We’ll be happy to take it on us - hope you have a great week ahead! :)

The ice cream was really old, it had that freezer smell and taste. I also suffered from severe food poisoning because of eating rotten ice cream
