I am quite disappointed with my recent order from this outlet. The food packaging was extremely poor; containers were leaking and the entire parcel was messy and unhygienic upon delivery. The foil boxes were not properly sealed, leading to spillage of liquid items throughout the package.Even the delivery executive mentioned that this outlet consistently fails to pack liquid dishes properly and advised against ordering from here. Such negligence reflects a lack of quality control and care for customers. I request Zomato to look into this matter and ensure that proper packaging standards are maintained in the future.
