Tried buying a Dutch Truffle cake for my wife's birthday, and guess what? They gave me a Chocolate Truffle instead. Chocolate Truffle is that same old cake we used to have 10–15 years ago — not what I bought or expected. Instead of offering a proper refund or replacement, the bakery representative insisted on giving just a 20% discount, citing their policy. Well, guess what?
