Extremely poor customer service, I was denied my order 1 hour prior to scheduled delivery saying that there is a power failure, the cake for was an occasion and they mentioned the delivery will be 4-5 hours late, what they were offering for a replacement was a very basic cake, nothing in comparison to what I had ordered. No sense of professionalism, please order if you want to celebrate your occasion without a cake. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ur order was affected by an unexpected power failure, something completely beyond our control. Even in this situation our team offered u alternatives so ur celebration would not go without a cake. What was most disappointing however was the unnecessary rudeness shown towards our staff. We treat every client with respect and expect the same in return. If mutual respect cannot be maintained we are comfortable parting ways and losing such patronage

Hands down the best version of a black forest cake I have ever tasted. Also a huge fan of their entremet cakes. Currently my go to for every occassion...daffodils creations has set the bar way too high! Food: 5 Service: 5 Service: Delivery
