Dear Guest, We truly understand that customers always have high expectations during the festive season, but it’s also important to look at things practically. Our team works round the clock — 14+ hours a day for 15–20 days — to ensure that every guest receives the best possible quality and experience. Each sweet we produce goes through extensive sampling, with every single piece costing nearly ₹50 even before it reaches the counter, and our staff continues to serve with patience and dedication despite the rush. Certain temporary policies, like the minimum 250g selection, were introduced only to manage faster service for everyone. In the past, many guests would take 40–50 minutes to fill 100g boxes, creating long delays and inconvenience for hundreds of others waiting in line. We hope you can appreciate that these measures are not meant to inconvenience anyone, but to ensure smoother operations and fairness to all.
