My recent visit to this store was a thoroughly negative experience, marked by extremely poor customer service and a frustrating, ill-conceived policy. First, the staff's attitude was unacceptable. The attendants and the cashier/manager were uniformly rude and lacked basic courtesy and decency. The store was in chaos, and attempts to get assistance or even a response were met with silence or dismissal. Compounding this was their new, poorly executed Diwali policy: a minimum order of 250gms. When customers want to purchase less, they are effectively turned away. My query about ordering a smaller quantity was met with an unhelpful response, suggesting I "come back in a few days" when the policy would presumably be lifted. This is not how you treat customers, particularly during a major festival. In short, the staff lacks basic customer service skills. I strongly advise against patronizing this shop; you will find a superior customer experience at virtually any other competitor. A good place slowing ruining itself through poor customer experience.

Dear Guest, We truly understand that customers always have high expectations during the festive season, but it’s also important to look at things practically. Our team works round the clock — 14+ hours a day for 15–20 days — to ensure that every guest receives the best possible quality and experience. Each sweet we produce goes through extensive sampling, with every single piece costing nearly ₹50 even before it reaches the counter, and our staff continues to serve with patience and dedication despite the rush. Certain temporary policies, like the minimum 250g selection, were introduced only to manage faster service for everyone. In the past, many guests would take 40–50 minutes to fill 100g boxes, creating long delays and inconvenience for hundreds of others waiting in line. We hope you can appreciate that these measures are not meant to inconvenience anyone, but to ensure smoother operations and fairness to all. It’s disheartening to see reviews that overlook the immense effort and commitment of our team. We sincerely request a little empathy and respect in return for their hard work. Warm regards, Team Dadu’s
Was thrilled to receive a Dadu’s Pune sweet box as a Diwali gift! The Anjeer rolls were absolutely delightful — packed with nuts and full of flavor. Wholesome, healthy, and incredibly satisfying. When it comes to sweets, Dadu’s is truly faadu!

Dadu's Sweet Emporio being recently opened in Camp area, this a quite old brand in serving sweets in Pune. The place is spacious and the ambience is warm and comforting. They also have a seating area on the mezzanine floor. As the name speaks, this place is full of a variety of sweets and you cannot resist yourself once you enter here. The sweets are mouthwatering. Not just sweets, this place offers diverse savoury and fast-food items. You’ll find Samosa, chat, chole bhature, dhokla, etc. They also serve some Italian & Mexican dishes. The staff is jovial and the service is quick. Dadu’s Sweet Emporio is a place serving delicious food you should visit once for a cheerful experience.
