Enjoy Leisure Valley Park by default, the clients' piece of advice is to come to Daddy's Grill as well. Taste good grilled chicken, bao and paneer tikka. Guests say that the service is nice here. This place provides you with a great choice of dishes for democratic prices.
We ordered a grilled chicken sizzler with creamy pepper sauce...and the sizzler was average at best. There was a HUGE portion of rice with little portion of chicken and the sauce didn't have any flavour of pepper, it was pure cream...yet to try other food trucks that offer sizzler plates, but if that's what you're after, give this place a miss!
Their best items were:
1. Zesty Chicken Gyro Roll – Chicken wrapped in a wide roll, which was crispy on the top and soft elsewhere. A very filling item filled with Southwest sauce and Mayo.
2. Papdi Paneer Tikka – Classic Paneer Tikka wrapped in the tradition Indian Papad. Great combination of crunch and softness. Served with the infamous Green Chutney, of course.
3. Crunchy Chicken – Soft Chicken balls with a crunchy layer on the outside. Probably the best item on the menu. A very balanced taste, overall.
Daddy's grill serves kathi rolls, kebabs and a few basic North Indian main course dishes with limited options in the meat and vegetarian category. We opted for their kathi rolls and the experience wasn't the best I've had so far. Ordered for a soya malai tikka roll and a paneer tikka roll out of which the soya malai tikka was supposed to come along with a different sort of roti which they seem to have recently added into their menu. They messed up my order by serving me soya malai tikka and soya tikka instead of the paneer one. When I questioned them about this, all they could do was cut a sorry face. Secondly, the soya tikka roll had soya pieces whose edges were as good as rubber. The portions were heavy but the service was way off the mark.
All this cost me around 320/- which is anything but justifiable for what I was served.
