Dada Boudir Hotel in Haridwar is a great place to experience authentic Bengali cuisine. The restaurant has been around since 1956 and is still going strong. The food is delicious, with dishes like alu posto, begun bhaja, shukto, soyabean sabji, moong dal, papad, imli chutney and much more. The thali menu changes everyday, so you can always try something new. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The hygiene of the food preparation could be improved, but overall it's a great place to get your fix of Bengali food. Highly recommended for Bengalis and non-Bengalis alike!
