Dada Boudir Hotel in Haridwar is a great place to experience authentic Bengali cuisine. The restaurant has been around since 1956 and is still going strong. The food is delicious, with dishes like alu posto, begun bhaja, shukto, soyabean sabji, moong dal, papad, imli chutney and much more. The thali menu changes everyday, so you can always try something new. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The hygiene of the food preparation could be improved, but overall it's a great place to get your fix of Bengali food. Highly recommended for Bengalis and non-Bengalis alike!

This is the only original and the oldest 'Dada Boudir Hotel'. Amazing experience and very cordial behaviour. I came here four years back and I was not much happy. Honestly the present owner Mr. Sumit Mukherjee improved services immensely. I ordered 280 /- thali (inclusive of taxes) but authorities several times requested me to have more. Mr. Jay Chaudhary takes care of each customer. The experience of this time reminds me of services and qualities of 25 years back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Large vegetarian selection, Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Must visit place for Bengali Food Lovers.
