One of the sweetest and humblest places I've visited for food. Starting with amboli served with mango chutney and shengdana (peanut) chutney... It was amazing What stole my heart was modak It was beyond what I can describe in words, and will be one of the reasons to cherish Dapoli Modak used to be overrated for me till I tasted the ones here, so in short, must try Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Small homely eating joint serving piping hot and delicious vegetarian food. If you are planning to go at lunch time, along with their lunch thali do ask for Modaks. Better to call them ahead and place your requirement as it takes time to make Modaks. Very good and cost effective option for morning breakfast or evening snacks. We had local delicacies - Thalipeeth, Amboli, Dadape Pohe, Kande Pohe and Panagi. Everything was scrumptious and left us wanting for more. Served directly from their kitchen onto our plates with a broad smile by the lovely Aajis. Also buy their Mango and Mirchi (Chilly) pickles. Must visit this place when in Dapoli. One of the best homely food....... Dadpe Pohe being the star!!! Their veg thali is also very good.......
