This post will be related to the home delivery, quality of food and price.

So, I ordered today one non veg garlic hakka noodles, 3 butter nun and one kadai chicken. They gave me a time of 64 mins but it's okay, the place was far away and this being a new year and a very busy day the guy still managed to find my place, was a little late. And, all throughout the time this delivery guy was very gentle as he spoke on phone.

Coming to the food review -
The noodles was very nicely made with less oil and lots of non veg stuff in it huge in amounts. I mean its satisfying which says that they mean what they write in the menu.
Tandoori Butter nun was priced at 20 per piece. My whole order was around 408 for two people's dinner where I got to taste their kadai chicken with tandoori rooti, also shared noodles so many things for that 400 amount which again shows the reasonable price of the items set by Dawat-e-ishq.

Regarding service/delivery -
And , last but not the least - I live in 4th floor, he delivered till 4th floor at my doorstep. My order was something around 408 so I handed over this delivery guy a new Modi's (:P) 500 note and a 10 rupees. So I was supposed to get a change of 102 rupees. This guy gave me 2 rupees, the bill and was about to leave. We both forgot about the 100 rupees change that I was supposed to have in a hurry. This guy went a couple of stairs down and I was also about to close the door after being handed over my order. I totally forgot to ask for the 100 rupees change but this guy turned and reminded me once again and said thank you in return.
Well, actually I was thankful to him :P I almost forgot! But he MADE SURE THAT I GET THE CORRECT CHANGE. So, there goes 5 stars for honesty!

Okay, on the new year I was supposed to go visit some restaurant but I had this cramp in my leg(from the previous night partying, new year right? :P) so couldn't hardly move but Dawat-e-ishq was at rescue for a nice dinner at the new year eve on Jan 1, 2k18.
Thanks again for the change :P

Order chilli fish, food quality is okay type, taste wise also okayish, but it serves good food well under budget, very cheap as compared to other restaurants in barrackpore.

Hey guys pls do not (I say DONOT) ever consider this place for food delovery. Generally I do not write negative reviews but this case is something separate. I placed an order of a spl mutton biryani, paneer rice and kacchi mirch walla murgh at approx 8PM. They have delivered it with a delay of more than 2 hrs. In the mean time I have call them several times and they told me that the order will be delivered within 10 min (@ 9 PM approx). I call them thrice and every times I was told that the delivery boy is on the way only. After 10:30 they even stopped receiving my call. At 10:50 I received my delivery. Initially I thought that I will not receive the delivery but considering the apology from the delivery boy I received my order. Now come to the point of the items delivered. Delivery box was broken and all the greavy was spreaded inside the plastic packet. Biryani mutton was too stiff and hard. Quantity and quality both very poor. I will not order ANYTHING from this restaurant ever in future. Beside thanks team Zomato for your support in this issue. A thumbs up for A ZOMATO and a hard slap on #Daawat-e-ishq (mera saare ishq Nikal Gaya bhai tere upar se. Sorry and shukriya).
