Worst hospitality. Made us wait for more than 30 mins. Looks like management prioritises local customers and others but not south Indians. We feel this because the management was not at all cooperative and staring at out dhoti attire and irresponsible answers. Food: 1 Service: 1

I had a stay with my 7 month old baby and husband , staff was not at all cooperative There land line phone was not working unable to connect to reception. We waited for 15 mins inspite of telling receptionist that my baby is crying still he was not giving me rooms keys . Receptionist Arohi Singh in morning was very rude check out time was12 , I requested her that I have a small baby please allow me extra 30 mins but she was misbehaving stating you need to empty the room on immediate effect as if I am staying at free cost . Zero hospitality people don’t know to talk to customer no customer service . Owner Mr .Sujit Singh please change your staff as your hotel image is getting spoil . Miss Arohi this is for you keep your attitude in your pocket as you are getting paid because of us Respect customer !!!
