It’s been three years since my first experience with Daalchini Hotel (Chrompet), and I’m truly amazed to see that their quality, taste, and service have remained consistently exceptional! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having their team handle the catering for my second son’s first birthday celebration — and once again, they exceeded expectations in every possible way. Right from the beginning, Mr. Prabhu (Hotel Manager, Chrompet Daalchini) coordinated everything with utmost dedication. From planning, organizing, and ensuring timely delivery, he made sure everything went smoothly. His proactive approach and frequent follow-ups with the team truly stood out — it’s rare to see such commitment these days. A special thanks to Mr. Thomas (Chrompet Daalchini), who supervised the food counter during the event. He did an amazing job managing the setup, assisting guests, and ensuring everything was perfectly organized. The arrangement was professional, the food counters looked elegant, and the service team was courteous and efficient throughout. And of course, the food — absolutely delicious as always! Every guest appreciated the quality and taste, and many enquired where we had ordered from. The consistency in taste and portion size was spot on — a true mark of Daalchini’s excellence. A heartfelt thanks once again to the entire Daalchini Chrompet team for making our celebration even more special. Previous Review – October 2022 I was impressed with the taste of the food during my first visit to the hotel. Not only me, my whole family loved the food that we were served. Not only the taste, even the cost and quantity were well satisfying and worth every penny. Based on my previous experience, I booked a bulk order for my son's first birthday. Guess what — everyone loved the food and asked where I ordered it from! What more happiness could there be than hearing everyone appreciate the food? I would really like to thank Mr. Prabhu (Chrompet Daalchini Hotel Manager) who made this happen with his excellent coordination and support. Additionally, a big thanks to the chef who prepared the Mutton Biryani and Chappathi — it was so soft, delicious, and perfectly cooked! Overall, very happy with the service provided. Had naan, bun parotta, and chicken tikka masala. The taste was very bad — the chicken tikka masala was too sour, and the chicken wasn’t good. The parotta was very dry. Overall, the food tasted bad. Went there for the first time and was disappointed. My stomach feels upset after coming home. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
