LATE DELIVERY, COLD AND CRUSHED PIZZAS, LADY AT THE COUNTER ABUSES IN HINDI UPON COMPLAINING !!!
Heres the story -
DAY - 1 pizza ordered, i requested them to ensure pizza comes in hot as i have faced similar issues before , but like always the pizza gets delivered LATE after more than an hour and ICE COLD .. It was COMPLETELY INEDIBLE .
I called DA PIZZA ZONE to replace it immediately. The MANAGER SAYSCANNOT DO ANYTHING TODAY, but we will send u a fresh replacement tomorrow..!!
DAY 2 - I call the place again, they promise to send it in 30-40 mins and nobody turns up even after 1 and half hours.
I call them again , some rude lady on the phone says the guy who promised u has been fired !!!! ....WE CANNOT DO MUCH !!
When i insisted .. She starts talking in hindi and says -" apney paise aakey waapis le jao "
I put the phone down utterly frustrated.
I call back in the evening again and some third person picks up and says i'm the new manager, sorry for the inconvenience we will send u a fresh pizza during the day .. Please call us during the day ..
DAY 3 - Called the place again and this time i start off by saying - " it not about the money , i need the service i was promised, its about principal " . The lady at the counter replies in hindi again and says - " paisa sab ko chahiye, aakey apna paisa le jao " and she calls be a bhikari !!!!
Stunned and shocked i put the fone down and was forced to write this review .
I am also writing similar complaints to other authorities
Have traveled the globe but i have never been abused and ill treated for making a complaint and requesting for better service

If you are reading this review, then please consider some other outlet. da pizza is obviously cheaper than dominos but the quality and the service doesn't worth even half of the price offered by da pizza zone.
it takes 2 hrs for them to deliver the order within 1 km. Also the packing was bad enough to make the slices scattered in all over the package. Even if you order, go ahead, order, eat and then come back here write the review.. :D
