Visited today and had a mixed experience. What I ordered: 1 Chocolate Shake 1 Spicy Burger 1 Pocket Parcel What actually came: They brought me a Strawberry Shake instead of Chocolate, even though both are priced at ₹80. I did mention my order clearly. Later they gave me the Chocolate one as a complimentary replacement, but sadly, neither of the shakes tasted good – watery and lacked proper flavor. The burger was okay, not too great but edible. Pocket Parcel was also disappointing in taste – could’ve been way better in terms of stuffing and freshness. While billing, I even spelled out my name clearly, but still they entered it wrong. Had to get it corrected. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, but seemed confused or distracted – not sure if they weren’t able to hear properly or just mismanaged the order. Location: Near Shri Ram School, Panki – easy to find. Ratings (out of 5): Taste: Service: Staff Behaviour: Value for Money: Overall Experience: .5 Final Thoughts: Good effort, but they really need to improve on listening to customer orders and most importantly, on the taste and quality of food/drinks. I ordered pizza from da pizza hub panki in the evening and they had delivered very bad quality pizza, which was not eatable , they uses bad quality mionee instead of cheese.Second time Ordered for hone , and my niece got food poisoning after eating same day , .. I recommend not to eat from there .
