Cockroaches in food – extremely disappointing visit. We visited DS Dosa Factory to enjoy some dosa and idli. We ordered a ghee dosa and fried tadka idli. To our absolute shock, two cockroaches crawled out of the fried idli. It was revolting and completely unacceptable. When we reported this to the staff, they tried to reassure us by saying that the kitchen was clean and pest control had been done just the day before. But when we requested to see the kitchen, we were horrified to find cockroaches moving around freely in the food prep area. This kind of hygiene violation is extremely serious and dangerous to customer health. The staff’s casual attitude toward the issue made it even worse. It shows a lack of responsibility and basic food safety standards. We hope the management takes strict action to address this immediately. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about hygiene and food safety. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1

I can still dream about the food I ate here, one of the best food I’ve had recently. Idli is one of best dish and the sambhar was awesome. The freshness of the ingredients and the flavors melting in our mouth was unforgettable. Highly recommended for food enthusiasts. The menu has a wide variety of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. One can easily get food without onion garlic , menu is all vegetarian.
