Pathetic service. Store manager Mohan is not fit to be a store manager. He is not owning his mistakes and blames his team. Doesnt try to fix the issue on time and also doesnt have the guts to talk to a customer and fix the issue. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On 09th of May I ordered a pizza chicken parcel and the taco order was delivered 1.30 mins but in the app itself they are giving 45 of guarantee delivery.I ordered around 6:22 i called the Domino's at 7:05 PM I told them I didn't receive my order it was in the state of baking only i didn't get notifications on dispatch or delivery person detail they are telling me that it was pickup order without seeing the order properly and then I asked to see the order properly the person a girl who attend the call told was picked he will be nearby you only you will receive within 10-15 mins of time and then I waited but my order was delivered around 7:50 pm they assigned the delivery person after before delivery called them at 7:40 they told me sorry it won't happen again like this again I ordered on 10th of may chicken parcel tacos and pizza but I received veg parcel i called the Domino's restaurant and raised a complaint they told we will delivery chicken parcel now at 5:40 pm after an hour again I called the opposite person told me to share the picture I shared then he told me to share the location I shared it the overall scenario was taken 4 hrs of time but still I didn't receive i raised the complaint in customer care i received the ticket number only no call I didn't receive overall experience with this brand is 0 i don't know what they are working i walked in the restaurant before also they were always chitchat only no proper response no proper communication no proper service people working in this branch are getting pay without working Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizzas are better earlier. Not satisfied. Very average taste.... I have always liked Dominos for more than a decade. But this is the time I see some quality of food is slightly different. Staff not at all responding. I hope it will be useful to correct it later.
