The perfectly balanced dessert from Dolcemi. Poetry nailed the bitter flavor perfectly of the coffee and it had mild sweetness in the chocolate. It was genuinely one of the best Tiramisu I have tried in a long time. Deffinately was by far the best version.. light & smooth, and almost cloudlike. The perfect true classic, this is by far my favourite choice.
