D9 by Monarch is a fantastic place to dine in Palakkad! We tried the Chicken Fried Rice, Butter Chicken, and Hot & Sour Soup, finishing off with a refreshing fruit juice. The Butter Chicken was rich and flavorful, while the Fried Rice was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The Hot & Sour Soup set the tone with its balanced tangy-spicy flavors. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Another highlight is the ample parking space, which adds to the convenience. Overall, a great spot for good food and great service! We came there and it was fantastic because of Sandeep,bi Linguistic manager, spoke to my colleagues in kannada, Telugu,Hindi,Tamil and English. When we came there next time..it was horrible..unprofessional guys..good people like sandip don't have life in D9 I guess. WHEN U CLAIM IT IS A MULTICUSISINE U HAVE TO HAVE QUALIFIED PEOPLE LIKE HIM..I am done with u guys

It's such a nice care , ambience and food I got there , must tell that just loved those ambience , more u get a peaceful, warming and calming one , it's a best choice , in palakkad , and the food u get , such an amazing , they render their wholehearted service
