Stepping into Dirty Good is like walking into calm luxury. The ambiance is so nice, with subtle greenery and cozy corners that instantly relax you. Went to Dirty Good yesterday. Total disaster. Staff was rude, zoned out, and acted like customers didn’t exist. Took 50 minutes to serve barely 10 pieces of sweet potato fries for ₹400 with a half-filled dip bowl. Asked for more dip and they said “that’s additional, you have to pay.” Then came the bill they charged ₹500 for the fries instead of ₹400. When we pointed it out, the manager got involved. We were literally standing outside watching them go through a full-blown discussion just to avoid removing ₹100. Imagine that they updated the PDF menu in real time, right in front of us, just to justify the extra charge. All this over a hundred rupees. Compulsory service tax on top of that pathetic service. Not about the money, it’s the lack of integrity.
