Today I went to celebrate a very elderly gentleman ( my father's) birthday. We took a very nice cake. They took my cake to arrange for cutting. I was extremely disappointed to know that they spoiled my cake and in return they brought a substandard cake.that too at the end. They lied to me. The service too was very much delayed. Not recommended for decent families. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Secondly We accept that the cake was mishandled by one of our staff but that was purely unintentional, and just for the sweet gesture we bought you the same flavour cake from one of Deoria's best bakery unit 7th Heaven, just to please you and we demanded the same cake from the same outlet you bought from but they denied the service, please take it as a mistake from our end and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused! Hope you enjoyed the food and just for the compensation we discounted on the bill too! Thank you!
