At first glance, the hotel, with its newness and lush green surroundings, seems promising. However, several issues mar the experience. The staff, from the receptionist to the waiters, lack courtesy and seem indifferent to guests' needs. The quality of food is disappointing and should be avoided. Although breakfast is advertised to start at 8 AM, it was still being prepared at that time. The bed sheets were torn, and the suite I stayed in did not have enough chairs for guests. When I requested additional chairs, I was told none were available. For dinner, we ordered only chapatis, which took an hour to arrive and were of very poor quality. If you are simply looking for a place to stay, this hotel might suffice, but do not expect the service standards found in other hotels. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience Service: 1
Found this hotel on make my trip suggestions. The hotel is located at 6KM away from Vadakunnathan temple. The ambience is so calm and nice. we booked super deluxe room and it's so spacious and bright. TV, mini fridge, cupboard with digital safe, iron box, kettle all available. Washroom is very clean provided with basic things brush, tooth paste, shampoo etc and hair dryer. Bed is so comfortable and had nice sleep. Room service is good. Staffs are polite and very helpful. Food is good. A special thanks to Shruti mam who is very polite, patience and helped me in all my queries. Overall extremely satisfied and will recommend this hotel for all. Service: 4
After reading many good reviews, we (my husband, myself and our infant) booked a stay at Hotel Dass Regency. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. However, during our two-night stay, we encountered some serious issues. Despite the initial impression of cleanliness, we found dust and unexpected items under the bed, including used condoms, plastic bottles, and more. It was very clear that the area under the bed was not cleaned for atleast a month. We requested an immediate room change, and the staff were quick to accommodate us. Despite the issue being resolved, there was no mention or apology for the previous night's problem during check-out. We paid the full amount without raising the issue again. This lack of acknowledgment leaves us unwilling to even return to this hotel in the future. Service: 4
