Horrible experience, no lift, dirty rooms and very dirty toilet , no staff to carry your luggage up the stairs, when asked to clean the bathroom, nobody cared, no phone in room, spider webs, blankets with multiple holes, fake good ratings and reviews, we arrived at night and yet had to change to another nearby hotel. Worst experience of life Service: 1
