Earlier, I genuinely believed this place served good food, but after multiple visits, my experience has completely changed. The biggest issue is their terribly slow and careless service. Even when the restaurant is not crowded, the waiting time is unnecessarily long. Secondly, the oil in their sabzis is excessive, making the food feel heavy and uncomfortable to eat. What disappointed me the most was the lack of hygiene. On my last visit, I actually saw a rat coming out of the kitchen, which was extremely shocking and unacceptable for any restaurant. I used to think this place was good, but repeated visits gave me a reality check. Good location alone is not enough — hygiene, service, and food quality matter much more, and unfortunately, they fail in all three. I’ve had lunch from Dana Pani Bina many times, and the experience is always excellent. Whenever I travel by train between Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, I make sure to place my order as soon as I approach Bina Railway Station. The food is always fresh, tasty, and delivered right on time. My family and I actually look forward to reaching Bina station just for the delicious food from Dana Pani! I truly appreciate their consistent quality and service.
