Food is very tasty. Staff service is very good. Horrible experience! Came here for celebrating my friend's birthday. We ordered Chicken Biriyani. 1. The food was served in such a condition that can be referred to as being "ice - cold". 2. When the Biriyani was asked to change and serve hot, yet once again, we were disappointed. Yet it was too cold, just like before! What did we order? Ice Biriyani? That we were served like this? We couldn't even eat the food, and despite all the complaints, not that something was done, and instead my friend had to even pay the full amount! What is this? Some joke or what? You are having a very reputed name of "Dada Boudi" from the Barrackpore Branch and also heard so good reviews from this sodepur branch's Dada Boudi as well, but when I personally went, to my horror, it's just the opossite! Either take actions or be responsible for your own bad reputation! Definitely not going to recommend this restaurant to anyone or even my own family members and friends!
