I went to D14 after a friend recommended it. The food was great, and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. But honestly, I was disappointed with the service. When we asked about the day's special, we were just told to look at the display. When we asked about the varieties, again, we were told to check the menu ourselves. It felt like they didn’t care much about the customers. The waiter who served us — a bulky man, probably in his 30s — was especially unhelpful. He wasn’t wearing a name badge, or else I would have mentioned his name. The desserts were good, but the service seriously needs improvement to match the food and vibe of the place.

There is a lot of food to explore and also the taste is good. I personally don't recommend caramel pudding . The price is also reasonable . A good spot to go with your loved ones

I decided to try their famous ice cream rolls at d14 dessert corner, and let me tell you, the flavors were out of this world—rich, creamy, and bursting with freshness.
