Here you go with the Best Bihari,Bhutani, Himalayan,Nepali food i have ever had in my life.???
Yes you heard it correctly this joint is serving tasty and authentic all four cuisines as mentioned above with great respect and honest hearts??. Owners of this outlet ( husband and wife) are very humble and honest about what they are preparing and serving to the customers. If you want any customisations in any dish they will strictly & humbly say No ?? and explain you the reasons behind the authenticity of the dish and believe me you will like it as it is???...
While eating owner will explain you about the history / origins of dish and also share the personal experiences about the food...????
Ummm ambience is quite simple but for the hardcore foody ambience is just a MohaMaaya ??..Also design and format of their menu card is very creative ?️?️?
So this was our(Me and My Wife) second time to this restaurant and it was amazing as always
Being a Maharashtrian i never tasted such cuisines before but always affectionate about Bhutani and Nepali Food and i got just correct place for it ..??
So we had..
1.Litti chokha : before i used to think litti choka might be like baati and nothing more . But believe me i had here and it was so upto the mark the delicious and tempting hot Littis soaked in lods of Ghee with Chokha and Chana sabji ... It will definitely satisfy your taste buds.??
2. Ema Dashi: we wanted to have this with Mushrooms but unfortunately mushrooms were not available so we ordered it with potatoes this is basically Bhutani dish prepared in cheese and chillies served with rice if you like spicy food and cheese then blindly just go for it you will definitely like it. They have 4 variety for this which is A.:with chilly , B:with Mushrooms, C:with Potatoes,D:with. Chicken.
3. Veg Fried Momos: they have Momos made with wheat flour not with maida this is what i like it and the inner filling was damn good and the Momos chutney was like a heavenly feeling??
4. Nepali Noodle Bhel: this is made of wheat roasted noodles mixed with spices, peanuts and onion tomatoes was too good and spicy
??
They serve very good pork ribs too which is in my next bucket list for this restaurant. Definitely worthy to taste food here...
