Visitors state that it's fine to go here for the Chinese and Sichuan meal. Cygnett Pavilion boasts nicely cooked grilled chicken, fish and soup. A lot of people find that the staff is well-trained here. The good service is a great advantage of this place.

Cygnet pavilion is situated at a very very convenient place. Staff is very courteous and food is very good and value for money. Specially its buffet breakfast. Recommended for stay.

Went for breakfast and it was breakfast buffet only. So even though the menu in zomato shows that there is Ala Carte there is no Ala Carte. The buffet has fruits, legumes, beverages, South Indian dishes, continental dishes and English muffins. Trust me the food sucks, literally sucks. From beverage I ordered black coffee which looked like water sprinkled with something black sediments and also tasted like as if I am drinking water with a hint of coffee taste in it. Juice tasted like water again, omelet was smelly, english muffins were not fresh. The south Indian dishes were tasteless. The coconut chutney was more like coconut cream and the sambar was like any common dal. The continental dishes were as bad as all the other dishes except the sausages. The only thing which was edible was the watermelon.

The staff were not at all looked interested in being there and the service was like Mashallah. They would be happier if we would have said we don't need any service from you. Another thing the AC was not working at all.

NICE AMBIANCE and location perfect. I went for the executive lunch meals at 199. Either you go in for the choice of salad or the soup I went for the bean sprout salad. Next is the started I went for the fish finger and my friend went for the chicken crispy fried . small in quantity by appetizing. The choice of meals for the main course were Indian , Chinese, Continental n chinese. The chinese combo meals where there were choice of noodles or fried rice was good if not the best. The dessert consisted of Fruit custard. There are lots of if and buts, either or it seems like I am solving an analytical reasoning session. Food in the executive meals are average but Ambiance is a class act. So I added an extra 1. I have to go for the other items in the menu but as per the Executive meal the rating is Average.
