Hi, I had ordered a cake from you for my wedding reception. Unfortunately, the cake was damaged—it was cracked and leaning to one side. Because of this, I was forced to cut the cake even before all the guests arrived, and before the function started. Also, I was charged extra even though I had already paid the full amount. As I was busy with the function, I couldn’t raise this immediately. When I contacted you the next day, I was assured that the extra amount would be refunded by the end of the day, but I haven’t received it yet. This experience has been very disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: ₹2,000+
