I recently visited Famous Curry Factory. We tried one mushroom meals combo, a mutton biryani, and chicken chilly. The taste is quite unique compared to other hotels, and while I liked it, not everyone may enjoy the flavor. The main drawback is the service. It’s self-service, but even for dining they charge extra and still provide food in parcel-style packaging with paper plates. The fan setup is also not enough to reduce the heat, which makes dining uncomfortable. I’ve also heard from many people that the taste isn’t as good as it was a year ago. For the price we pay, if they improve the dining experience and service, it would be much better. Unique taste alone won’t be enough in the long run—people will also expect good service. Hi, I would like to know whether it is fresh mutton or old, because the colour is greenish-black, not juicy, and hard to chew. Another thing is that the quantity could be a little more for this price point of nearly ₹300 including container charges. It is not at all enough for one person. I called the hotel number to send the photo on WhatsApp, but he said he is not using WhatsApp, which I don’t believe. I really don’t know how do they manage online orders..
