One best place on Earth. Orange ice tea and Irani Chai are my picks here. Very kind aunty who brews tea with love. Our hangout spot.

This is small tiny place.. They explain u all what they use for cooking or making tea coffee n al.. Food and beverages are good..
But I personally don't like too insight of the food . Unless there is a interest from the customer they should do explain of product. Oil they use etc...
Coming to food garlic bread and sulamani tea were good ...

An extremely crowded Bessie beach on a Sunday evening drove us to look for places along the pheriphery and less crowded. Cups and Teas is a tiny shop that sells a variety of teas, short eats , wholesale tea and cups. Seating is both outside and inside. We ordered the Kashmiri Kahwa and the Mumbai Masala Chai. Both tasted good with tasty bits of nuts in the Kashmiri Kahwa- however sugar was added at the time of brewing which could have been left to the customer choice whether to add sugar or not. Short eats ordered included garlic and herb bread, avocado bread (hummus wasn't available) and kakra sandwich. All tasted good. The owner indicated they had started the shop more as a tea retailer than an outlet! Interesting shop with a lot of potential to grow.
