Ordered honey chili potatoes, was told 5 minutes later that it will take 30 minutes to prepare and to replace it with some other order. We decided to wait for 30 minutes. They then brought the same within 5 minutes. The potatoes were cold, soggy and looked absolutely stale. How did they deliver a dish which takes 30 minutes to prepare in 5 minutes and it had turned cold also in the same time frame? On asking, complete denial by the staff. We tasted and they were inedible and asked to take them back. Ordered a burger, and had reconfirmed if it won’t be spicy, yet not only was it spicy but again the bun was hard and stale. According to them they roast the burger buns in the oven. But are they supposed to be brown and crunchy hard? Next came the steamed dim sums - spicy, soggy from the under side and tasted stale again. I cannot understand how 3 dishes can be stale. Ordered a veg maggi dish for the kids, and for the first time the kids didn’t lap it up and ask for more. Something is seriously wrong with this place. Never coming back and would advise you to stay away as well.
