thank you sir for your review here we want to clarify some ur points 1 - we never use old cooked oil2 - in shawaramma we use chopped vegetable and chicken as you mentiond chicken roll -it always goes with julien cutting of chicken and vegetables with souce and ketch up 3 as per you mentioned using pepper in lebanese food , as per our knowledge shawarama is a part of mediterranean cuisine and shawarama is originating from the ottoman empire modern day turkey , so black pepper is main ingridient of mediterranean cuisine, and in lebanese cuisine its a part of seven mix spice .
