It was my first time ordering from this joint, I genuinely wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The bread was stale, lacked any taste. I've had multiples subs before, and this one hands-down was the worst of them all. The filling was cold, literally as if they took it out of the fridge and served it. The delivery was done on time and I don't think it was too much of a distance for them to justify that it was a distance issue, because the filling was literally cold. Besides, the kind of response the owners have towards their authentically terrible reviews, all of it seems like a mistake. They're justifying EACH bad review, as if people have a personal vendetta against them when they're the ones serving such pathetic food. It's high time you introspect and stop using expletives for people who've wasted money on your disgusting food. Also, Zomato should also have guidelines to using proper language, as I can see multiple examples of them just blurting ANYTHING they want in the comments. Better you work on the feedback, instead of taking it all on your ego.

The food was not good. The cheese balls did not melt properly and the pizza base was dry.

ma'am ya to aap unpad gawar ho ya cheese paneer ko samajhte ho paneer ko cottage cheese bolte hai, cheese matlab mozzarella or cheddar blend hota hai. Shayad aapko pata nahi aur pata hai to shayad aap andhi ho jo aapko cheese dikhai nahi diya. pizza khane ki aukat nahi, chali gyan dene. bhikmange wrong complaint daal ke refund demand karte hain.
