Very disappointing experience with the valet parking service. The valet driver clearly lacked basic parking skills and even ended up arguing with customers instead of addressing the issue politely. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers expect a smooth and respectful service. Strongly recommend the management to train their staff properly and focus on customer service.
