We recently hosted a birthday party at Crystal Hut and were quite disappointed with the experience. The service was extremely slow — after requesting dinner to be served following the starters, it took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive, and only one staff member was handling everything. The manager we initially coordinated with was not available on the event day and didn’t even bother answering calls. Because of this, we had to visit the venue twice again to ensure that someone else, who was completely unaware of our plans, could make the necessary arrangements. We were also told that a minimum of 30 plates would be charged, but the actual billing should have been based on the number of plates used. In the manager’s absence, the staff insisted on charging for two extra plates unnecessarily. The quality of food was also disappointing — the paneer starter in particular was awful, and it seemed like they used substandard or duplicate paneer. As for music, they only provide a basic music system. We had to create our own playlist and play it from our phone. Even during the cake-cutting ceremony, they didn’t take any responsibility for managing the music. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

A special shoutout to the hotel manager Mr.Abhijit for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. It really made the evening special. Highly recommend this place!"
