I must say, the Carrot Walnut cake I recently ordered from Uday for my mum's birthday was really outstanding! I simply mentioned that I needed less sugar, and Uday understood exactly how to make the ideal cake. The flavors were exactly balanced—moist, rich, and just the proper level of sweetness without overwhelming the inherent tastes of the components. The cake was a masterwork. The walnuts gave it a great crunch and depth; the carrots contributed a fantastic, natural sweetener and moist texture. Every mouthful had the ideal harmony of tastes, and the spicing was just right—not too strong, but enough to accentuate the earthy sweetness of the carrots. Uday’s attention to detail is truly commendable. He carefully curates each cake, ensuring it’s perfect for the occasion. Most highly recommended! Crustyz has one of the most amazing cakes I have ever eaten. I tried their chocolate Ganache, Devils chocolate cake and Dulce De Leche cake, and all of them have been equally yummy! I highly recommend trying out their cakes at least once.
