We ordered an aloo veg sandwich via Swiggy from the crossing republic outlet of crust and crispy sandwich today. Even though the food tasted good, we found a plastic piece in it, which is just not acceptable. Could have rated the food a 4 had it not had the issue. But given we found plastic in it, its a reason of safety concern. Only realized the plastic particle in it when chewing the food. It was so well blended in the sandwich filling. Looks like some label as it has some print on it. Food: 1 Service: 1
