Have ordered pineapple cake for first birthday of my husband post marriage on 15th August 2019. Have asked multiple times whether they can cook it or not. However, received such a pathetic cake. The cake which was not even touched by anyone after cutting of one slice even. Completely dry where bread crumbs were coming out of the cake when he cut the cake. On the top of that, when I discussed with the regional officer of Gurgaon to refund me back for the same he said there is no problem with the cake and he will not refund it. When asked to provide senior's number, I was denied access to the same. Pathetic service with awful product.
