Crunch bell Ram Nagar management is so disgusting. I had a problem of double payment for which I contacted the staff member and the owner, which was resolved. The owner was angry and asked for forgiveness and also returned the payment. But the staff member who provided me with the owner's number so that I don't complain to customer care, the owner had a rude conversation with that staff member while the staff member was helping the owner. And I am a regular customer of Crunch Bell and I joined there because of a female staff member and my friends and relatives also call them for pizza and then such rude behavior with them. very shameful.
