Disappointed with the Service: I’ve been a loyal customer of House of Amel for over a year and have truly loved their croissants. While I’ve noticed a gradual reduction in quantity and an increase in prices, I still chose to continue ordering because I appreciated the quality. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered three boxes of mini croissants and received 2 which were noticeably smaller than the usual mini size. And not only was the size smaller but I was charged premium price for it. I immediately called the restaurant to raise the issue and requested a refund, but received no call back, no refund, and not even a basic apology. Given the lack of accountability and response, especially after being a regular customer for so long, I will no longer be ordering from them.
