The packaging should have ice packs so it doesn't melt also special instructions should be given as the delivery guys don't carry it properly it all got smudged

Placed an order for a Amel box of dessert at 1pm they tell me they have a technical glitch at 5pm and deliver me a box of croissants at 6-30 pm . No apologetic about it at all . Said the additional 250 I had to pay for the croissants was complimentary. Basically paid for something I didn’t want and definitely not when I wanted it .
