Crown Bakery might look inviting from the outside, but it fails to deliver on multiple fronts. Despite its appealing exterior, the bakery offers only a limited selection of snacks. My experience with a packaged food item was particularly disappointing; although it was within the expiry date, it was foul. The staff at Crown Bakery are notably disinterested in customer service, adding to the overall poor experience. Additionally, although a sign outside suggests coffee is available, there is no coffee or tea to be found. This misleading signage is further compounded by a nearby cafe, Beau Coffee, whose board can easily be mistaken for Crown Bakery's. The most frustrating part of my visit was the interaction with the billing guy. His assertion that he had personally tasted all the packaged foods and assured their quality if they were within the expiry date was both strange and unprofessional. Overall, Crown Bakery is not a good choice for either a quick stop or a longer break, especially for travelers. It fails to meet basic expectations in both product quality and customer service.
