Hi Mariam, first, let me clarify that it is fresh chicken and cooked in right temperature. Secondly, we served same batch chicken to our dine in customers today & no complaints but left with notably good feedback. Third, after your feedback, we tasted & checked it ourselves and the chicken was optimal & tasted as per our SOP. The outer coating is crispier probably that you may have felt crispy-Crunchy but again thats’ the outer crust. Lastly, we have served loads of chicken this way but we are sad to know that it didn’t deliver to your taste and liking. Anyway, we are positive and look forward to serve you again.
