Do not delay your visit – seriously, Chinese and Mughlai cuisines are waiting for you. The chef at this restaurant cooks good chicken. Most visitors state that the staff is courteous. The spectacular service is a great benefit of Crossroads. You will like reasonable prices. The atmosphere of this place is pleasant. The staff working in this restaurant needs to learn hospitality. Being rude to customers give them the worst experience of the restaurant, no matter the taste of food being good or not. I like the staff working at IRA Hotel and Makebo. But I have the WORST experience in CROSSROADS only because of the staff, no wonder this restaurant hardly has any guests during the day. This place is good, however I have mixed reviews. The food was good but service was not up to the mark. They were not accepting payments through Swiggy Dineout although the restaurant was listed on it. Also, the cashier was rude.
