The managers and staff were extremely rude and lacked basic manners when greeting guests. When we visited this place for the first time, they denied us entry to the café, saying that people just come here to take photographs and leave. What kind of behavior is this? I strongly suggest that everyone avoid this place. Food: 1

I recently attended a get family together at Crops & Curries Restaurant Terrace & Bar and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. While the food was decent, the service and ambiance of the restaurant were far from satisfactory.To begin with, the live music performance was interrupted multiple times by unruly kids who got on the mic and started singing, causing a distraction and ruining the mood. This was further compounded by the misbehavior of some other patrons, who were loud and disruptive. The whole experience made it clear that the restaurant was not safe for families, especially considering the lack of control or intervention by the staff.But the real low point of the evening was the manager Barik. Despite several complaints from guests about the disruptive behavior, he was completely unresponsive and dismissive of our concerns. His rude and unprofessional demeanor only added to the unpleasant experience and left us feeling frustrated and disrespected.In conclusion, I would not recommend Crops & Curries Restaurant Terrace & Bar due to the poor management, lack of control, and rude service. The experience was far from what one would expect from a restaurant, and it was disappointing to see that the manager was unwilling to do anything to improve the situation. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable dining experience, especially families with young children.
